I created this short presentation using Camtasia.

I'm not too embarrassed about my early attempts! Here is one from the archives!
I apply to be a presenter at several conferences. This presentation was a promotion of our agency at a Union conference, however I wanted to consider the user interest - so I created a "personal interest" topic with "commercial breaks" (There is no audio on this excerpt since it was a live presentation)
Staff Development training
Audience: I participate in faculty trainings offered by the division of Academic and Student Affairs as often as I can. This course was offered to faculty to teach improved online instructional design.
Tools: D2L Brightspace, Kaltura, Mediaspace
Reflection: A course was created in D2L Brightspace with the intention of documenting professional growth for a call-center staff. For this course, I created a curriculum for internal staff training; structuring and prioritizing work instructions for remote workers' office set-up, foundational information needed the first week, and fundamental knowledge needed in order to manage intake channels.
