Web-hosted content can be edited in code or in tools called "wysiwyg" (What you see is what you get). My skills are flexible and adept in HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, or with web content management systems.

It's often challenging to presume what a user is going to do. I have done research on website usability. This project was for a course and was done in collaboration with another student. The project incorporated in-person UX research, as well as interviews, data presentation and creation of a persona.

Interpreting your "great ideas" into language that a programmer will understand sometimes needs a translator. I work with data-driven content and can help define parameters so a programming team can understand the big picture while focusing on the details.

Customer relationship management administration requires an understanding of database fields and tables. I use custom objects and fields, in addition to native functionality. As an admin, I help to ensure that data quality is a top priority.
Dozens of websites have come & gone under my watch since the internet and web content is constantly evolving. In addition to profession work using bootstrap and custom CSS for sites such as those below, I also have started on the design, layout, UX improvements as showcased by a wireframe graphic below promoted to a local family breeder.
UX - Usability Study of REI website
This project was completed with a review of a commercial website for a graduate course at Metropolitan State University. The timeline was about five weeks from start to finish. The usability study was completed with in-person participants and recorded sessions. Data was compiled using excel. The photo on the cover page was my family's campsite at Split Rock State Park. We are avid "October campers" and schedule the traditional trip to the park every couple of years.
Collaboration was constant throughout the project, as we were partners working in Teams and Office 365. Documentation I provide follows professional expectations, but I also keep accessiblity in mind; using styles for content structure and alt-text for all graphics.
Working with a programming team, cost savings can come with clearly written requests. I have an understanding of vendor relationships and can frame up requests with the end-goal in mind. Hoping to stave off questioning about basics (wasting everyone's time) and focusing on the product outcome.
